I'm Coby Pegues. I hold a Georgia real estate license and a mortgage loan originator license, and I founded a mortgage company. Most sellers and buyers deal with an agent, a lender and a closer who each see one piece. I see all of it, and I explain it in plain language, with numbers, so you can decide.

How I got here

I break every house down to the number before anyone says yes.

I started working at seven, knocking on a neighbor's door to rake her leaves and wash her car. I have been building things since. I am married with five kids, so I know what a move does to a family, and I treat yours the way I would want mine treated.

I got my real estate license, then added the mortgage license and founded a mortgage company of my own, because the person selling the house, the person buying it and the person getting the loan are usually sitting at the same table. They deserve one set of numbers from someone who can see both sides of the transaction instead of three people pointing at each other.

Close With Coby is the real estate side of that. The mortgage company is across the hall, optional, never a condition. What you get from me is the whole picture, explained plainly, and a straight answer about what I would do.
